82-0658 was involved in a now-kinda-funny Dropped Object incident at Nellis in 1996. It was participating in an Air Warrior exercise over Fort Irwin in California, when the pilot toggled the "pickle" to drop a practice bomb...but the stores panel had been configured wrong and he instead released the "captive" training AGM-65 missile. Missile was not armed nor did it have a motor, so it rode gravity all the way down.

It made quite the mess on that spot of the Mojave Desert...and in the pants of the soldiers who were less than 500 ft from where it landed.
